By metro you can reach Sanlitun (Bars Street) 10 minutes away, Silk Market 7 minutes away and Forbidden City/HUTONGS Square 15 minutes away. Sunny bedroom with large bed, air conditioning, desk, and closet in a 115 square meter apartment that looks like a yoga studio. It looks like a zen spa with many plants and trees around. You can get to any tourist attraction, and even coming from the airport it's easy - the airport express takes you straight to line 10 and then it's just a few stops south. There are 5 grocery stores nearby (Gomz, Carrefour, with international and Chinese cuisine). It's only 4 stops to Sanlitun Bar, 6 stops to Sanyanchow (taking you on 798), and very close to Tianamen station. There is a big shopping mall called VIVA across the street. People dance in the Langent tower (email hidden) behind the central one. The metro station is Shuangjing at line 10, and it's a 2-3 minute walk from there (it's literally downstairs from the community on the corner). What makes this place unique is the sunlight streaming in the window in the morning, the peaceful atmosphere after a long day of work, and some exercise equipment around to stretch your body.

Reasonably priced for a great location. it's close to Jin Tai Lu Kou Nan MRT stations, 5 minutes walking distance. It's very close to Sanlitun, the center of foreigners, so you can meet like-minded people. Right at the south gate of Chaoyang Park. Although located in an old compound, it is really quite nice with a clean and tidy bedroom, shared shower/toilet and kitchenette. I am looking for a roommate from English-speaking countries. I'm friendly and calm. My UK roommate is planning to move in on July 6th. This way you can move in and take over the rest of the lease, which is until October 24th. Room for rent is about 14 square meters, with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, sofa and tea table. The rent is 2400 RMB (or $400 DOLLERS) per month and you must pay one month's deposit.
