BEACH AND SEA IN JOMTIEN

Jomtien Beach is one of the symbols of Pattaya, the longest and probably the most famous. At low tide it becomes uncomfortable to swim - it’s shallow for a long time, knee-deep, it’s a long way to reach the normal depth and the water is cloudy. The low tide time is not always the same; in the southern part of the beach the tides are more noticeable, in the northern - less.

How to find the beach

The closest station to Jomtien, where buses from Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi Airport arrive, is located on Thappraya, near its intersection with Thepprasit Street.
