General description

“Mount Dolgaya” is a ski resort located on the eastern slopes of the mountain of the same name near the city of Nizhny Tagil. Ski season alpine skiing ah and snowboarding starts in mid-November and ends in mid-April. The slopes are equipped with 3 trails of green and blue difficulty categories with a total length of 2165 m. The maximum height difference is 115 m. There is a training slope with a height difference of 20 m. There is an instructor service and a children's room ski school. The Gora Dolgaya resort has a rope tow. The trails are groomed with snow groomers and there is an artificial snowmaking system. How to get there

Nearest large city– Yekaterinburg. From there you can get to Nizhny Tagil by bus. Travel time is 2.5 hours, ticket price is 380 rubles. The train from Yekaterinburg to Nizhny Tagil takes 3 hours, the ticket costs 162 rubles. The Lastochka train will take you there in 2 hours, the ticket price is 270 rubles. From the Nizhny Tagil bus station you can get to the Gora Dolgaya resort by shuttle bus No. 3 or by taxi.

For active recreation The Gora Dolgaya resort has tubing slopes and illuminated trails for cross-country skiing. The ski jump complex on Mount Dolgaya (Nizhny Tagil) is one of the largest complexes in Russia, included in the rating of “100 best ski jumps in the world”, was opened on February 16, 2013. Mountain Long

Mount Dolgaya is located in the Sverdlovsk region, in Nizhny Tagil. The complex is part of the Aist sports complex. Currently, Mount Dolgaya is not functioning. A comprehensive reconstruction is being carried out here. Completion of work is scheduled for December 2011. According to the plans of the builders, a center for training international-level skiers will appear in the suburbs of Nizhny Tagil. Modern tracks and jumps will allow athletes to train all year round.

How to get there

Route: Nizhny Tagil, Mount Dolgaya. At first railway station Nizhny Tagil. Runs from here to the mountain minibus and a bus (flight no. 3). Travel time to the mountain: 25-27 minutes. Stopping point- “Mount Long”.
Route: Ekaterinburg-Nizhny Tagil-Dolgaya Mountain. Road: Serovsky tract. Direction: Nevyansk-Nikolo-Pavlovskoye-Nizhny Tagil. Distance - 146 km. Travel time is 3 hours 03 minutes.
Route Chelyabinsk-Dolgaya Mountain. The direction is to Yekaterinburg, and then along the route described above. Distance - 348 km. Travel time is 7 hours 04 minutes.
