Conditions for providing group transfers.
1. The travel agent must, no less than 5 working days before the transfer date, in his personal account in the Notes to the application, be obliged to provide the Tour Operator with:
1.1. data on the arrival of clients (flight number, time of arrival at the destination or train number and carriage number, time of arrival at the destination),
1.2. tourists' mobile phones.
2. The transfer is carried out either on one bus/minibus or on two buses/minibuses with a transfer at the border.
3. A child (according to age restrictions) is provided with a separate seat on the bus only if there are free (unsold) seats. If all seats on the bus are sold, the child is placed on the lap of an adult.
4. If tourists, without waiting for the appointed time of departure of transport, decided to get to the accommodation facility on their own, a refund of the paid cash is not implemented.
5. In case of arrival or departure of tourists outside the group transfer schedule, only an individual transfer can be ordered.
6. In case of failure to report delay or failure of the client to arrive at the meeting place for any reason, the transfer is considered completed, money is not refundable.
7. If tourists have an incorrect information in their order mobile phone or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed, and the money is not refundable.
8. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with contact numbers of our representative offices and inform tourists about the rules for organizing transfers.

10. Disembarkation with luggage to present documents at the border is mandatory.
