As I already said, it’s not clear why I book a room with a sea view, but get a side sea view. And they convince me that this is our view of the sea. I saw rooms with full sea view and this is different from what I got

We rested with my husband from March 6 to 14. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00, checked in within 10 minutes, and lived in the new building. I didn’t check the water right away, but in the evening it turned out that there was no hot water, the issue was resolved within 15 minutes. The air conditioner did not work for heat, they brought a heater. The room is quite decent, we had Delux room rooms 822 with a sea view, but as it turned out it was a side sea view. They cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed every two days. In terms of food, there seems to be a lot of choice, but for me personally, not everything was edible because I don’t eat all the foods, but you definitely won’t go hungry and you’ll eat quite tasty. Their sweets are simply delicious. For alcohol, they drank beer (so-so), rum and cola (perhaps this is the only thing you can drink from strong drinks, but this is not for everyone), wine (in principle, nothing like that, in Turkey it is much worse). On the beach you will always find a place with sun loungers. The animation was active on the beach during the day, there was something else in the evenings, but we didn’t go. The hotel is located on the main street, it is convenient; in the evening you can go out and take a walk without having to sit in the hotel. Wife in the hotel is only on the beach in the old building, but I couldn’t connect to it, and since there is no Internet in the hotel, we bought a local SIM card. We left the hotel within 20 minutes, the room was quickly checked and we left. Before booking, I read a lot of negative reviews, but I didn’t find anything like that in the hotel. They maintain their star brand, they have a good attitude towards Russians, I would say excellent, there is no division into Foreigners and Russians, as many write. In general, there are very few people from Russia. Mainly Ukraine, Belarus, Poland. Everything that is written about the number of rooms, if you fly through a tour operator, then you will not live in the best rooms, because the tour operator books the cheapest rooms, and in order to improve your conditions you need to pay extra on the spot. We got what we booked, it’s not clear that we only got a sea view, they usually write either a sea view or a side view and it costs different things.

The rooms are large, the area is well-kept, there are a lot of staff. They cook well and a lot, we weren’t hungry. But... There are always queues in the dining room. The layout is such that empty plates stand in the corner at the very end of the room. There are never enough glasses and mugs. You can only take them in line, where they are washed in front of you. And in the evening they don’t wash it anymore, they just rinse it and put it away. And for the first time I see that there are not spoons lying near the salads, but tongs. Try putting Olivier on your plate with tongs. You will have a lot of different emotions. We had two rooms, one (standard) in the new building, the other (feminine) in the old one. The rooms are normal, the furniture is battered, the drains in the washbasin and bathtub work very poorly. We asked for help. “Yes, definitely, we’ll write it down, pass it on to the engineer, and fix everything.” That's all. The light bulb in the bathroom was not replaced in 15 days; the bed linen was changed only on the 11th day after insistent demands. The room was clean, there was a small bathroom, we washed it well and when we were freezing we warmed up in it. Always 4-5 bottles. 0.5l. There was no water or kettle, we had our own small boiler. They cleaned up normally, the boy paid for chocolates and 1 dollar. He always tried to surprise us. Once I made a heart out of flower petals and leaves and wrote our names. It was nice.
